I have the script menu bar installed over a Flash movie. In IE the script menu bar flickers and
in Firefox it disappears under Flash movie. 8( Is there a option for this that
allows me to have menu lay over Flash?

You can have such effect in IE7. You should click on the flash. Your
script menu bar will stop flicker.
