If the new page in the frame is a frameset itself, the scroll down menu won't show up.

The scroll down menu won't show up if they expands new page in the bottom frame which is a frameset itself. Is there a work around for this?
A:
Unfortunately, scroll down menu can work within 1 frameset only. It can't work within nested framesets.
