I start to desgne a website for a client and am looking for a particular dhtml menus.
I came across your site

I want to create horizontal dhtml menus with horozontal submenus but the menu items appear side by side insdie of in a
column.

You can create such dhtml menus with DHTML Menu.
Please, see the attached example.
You should set this parameter:
var smOrientation=1;
Actually you can create any style of the dhtml menus you like.
